Laura and Russell, aka Aboyne Photographics, are a married couple who love capturing all the (big and small!) beautiful moments to preserve memories.
Photography is about so much more than just being able to handle a camera and they pride themselves on their ability to make others feel at ease. This in turn helps them get amazing photos, every time.
Based in Ballater (despite the business name!), they love living in this part of Scotland and draw inspiration from the landscapes they are surrounded by. They also love to travel and have photographed weddings as far away as New Zealand.

Barn at Barra Castle, Aberdeenshire
Heather and Tony were married at the Barn at Barra Castle in rural Aberdeenshire in a wild and wintry celebration inspired by their favourite medieval fantasy series, Game Of Thrones. And unlike the Red Wedding in Season Three, this day was full of laughter and smiles.
